1.How about tissue culture?
The stem tops were routinely disinfected and inoculated on MS medium supplemented with 5 mg/l 6-benzylamino-adenine and 2 mg/l indoleacetic acid.
2.How to water it?
In the summer, water it well and keep the soil moist, which will help its stems grow. In winter, the watering of the taro should be reduced, and its basin soil should not be too wet, otherwise it is easy to cause root rot and leaf blight in a low temperature environment.
