1.What is the incubation process of tissuing culture seedings？
We need to trim the stem tip and anther of plants,and then divide into the same size small plants. Socking in the 70 % concentration of alcoholic solution for 10~30 seconds, and cultured in the primary culture medium.We need to subculture and increase auxin concentration when the cells start to differentiation and become callus to promote root growth.
2.What is the growing temperature of philodendron seedings?
The philodendron is strong adaptability.The environment conditions are not very demanding.They will begin to grow at about 10℃.Growth period should be placed in a shade.Avoid the direct sunlight in Summer.We need to place it near window when use inside pot raising.In the Winter,we need to keep the temperature at 5 ℃，the basin soil cannot be damp.
3.The usage of ficus?
Ficus is shade tree and landscape tree ,the border tree. It also have the greening wetland function.
